Request a VAT refund

You are eligible to request a VAT refund for your appointment at the Utrecht International Center if you meet the following conditions:

• You paid VAT for your appointment
• You made the appointment between August 19th and August 27th 2024

Please apply for a refund by completing the form below. Refunds take up to 30 days.
